Shipping / Delivery Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery – Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd is free to use any authorized transport services provider to deliver the materials to You / your nearest dealer as it may deem fit, such that the goods are delivered in the most appropriate condition and at the earliest possible.
- You may not hold Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd liable for any damages / losses occurred during transit of the goods. Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd shall in any case shall not be liable to You for any such losses / damages caused in transit or a reason outside the control of Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd
- Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd shall try to insure the goods during transit to create reasonable chance of recovery of any such damages / losses during transit. The recoverability of such loss / damages is subject to the terms and conditions of the transit insurance service provider.
- The standard delivery time of goods shall be dispatch from the factory / dealer / authorized agent / warehouse within 10 working days from the date of receipt of confirmed order or the clearance of funds in the acquiring bank whichever is later, subject to review and order acceptance from Sharp Garuda Farm Equipments Pvt. Ltd
